NY resolutions: Blender render marathon

 

Sometimes 40 days long marathon to keep some activity motivates more than ambitions to achieve something in undefined future.

I'm about 4 days playing with Blender. Still not understand why 'shading' tab generates much more attractive picture with 'controls' as on image above than produces 'Render > Image' as shown belove.


So I made list of 40 topics I want to cover in next 40 days and let see what will happen.
  1. Make water, sand, and grass texture objects and render them as photorealistic picture.
  2. Find out why shadows from sun are on oppsite side than expected:

  3. Check if I can make sectios in Blender, and materials can intersect each other if need.
  4. what are difference between 'Transform' and 'Delata transform'

  6. how to create solids of revolution
  7. can i make .svg outline from 'viewport' or

  9. can we create a complex texture with just blender tools with no external image uploading

  12. apply to people models different positions with specific activities (maybe by use bones)
  13. made simple parametic object: ballustrade or bench
  14. made parametric object like tree
  15. make room interior
  16. Put pillow and artwork hang on the wall
  17. add beautiful window look from window in room above
  18. Make a fire view
  19. Make a vitrage
  20. Make bench
  21. Make a pavilion
  22. Make lantern
  23. Make night environment (with lantern lighters)
  24. Export to webGL viewer
  25. Explore all type of curves and surways
